This and that

Friday and I am feeling down, sore throat and headache. And of course when we have a child-free weekend as well :-(

The baby is kicking and moving around like a-what-not. Less than half time until delivery now.....

Edwin talks and talks, he is really a big boy now.

Short update

Sorry we (I) are a bit behind in updating the blogg......
I will add more photos in the new few days for now just a short update.
Edwin has been sick this week so he has been home from daycare, but he is due back tomorrow.
Spring is finally here, we have been outside most of the day and it has been gorgous weather.

Going for check up tomorrow, and Stu has to come along and give a blood sample. I hope he does not pass out like he normally does when needles are involved!!!

More snow.

We got more snow yesterday after a few days of "spring feeling" (this photo is from another time).

Old man in young(-ish) body.....

Woke up to terrible weather yesterday. Stuart told me it is called sleet, mixture of snow and rain. And from the side no less.......
It finally ended late afternoon and we decided to go for a walk to get some fresh air.
The little man was dressed in rain clothes and gumboots. He was ready to jump in all the puddles but we forgot we had an old man with us (Stuart!). With his "No Edwin, you'll get wet Edwin" he was really spoiling the fun. When did he get so old????
Try living on the edge and jump in a puddle or two.

The weekend went by too quickly as usual. Stuart went to town on Saturday and bought some new work cloths, his creditcard is still smokin'!

Back from Italy....atleast 2 kg heavier!!!

I know people have been raving about Italian food for centuries, but I just thought; ok pasta, parma ham and olive oil is nice, but hello is it really worth going on about? Yes it is. Even at the simplest working mans lunch place the food was delicious. We ate and ate like pigs for 3 days and I can't wait to go back.

Home from work today with a coughing little guy, hopefully he will be better by the weekend as we are planning to "outsource" him.

Not so much to report

We are tugging along longing for spring and more daylight, although we can already notice some changes. Work will be busy for both Stu and I in February. I have trips planned to Italy, Austria and Czech Rep. in the next few weeks.

Finally went to the doctor to check the cold that has been bothering me for 1 month. It is a virus and nothing they can do, I just have to wait it out.......

Luckily the other two are well.
