Good friday.....not for Edwin!

The day could have started better for the little man.
We woke up to a loud bang and him screaming. Turned out he had tried to climb up his chest of drawers by pulling out the bottom drawers and it all collapesed over him. LUCKILY it did not fall all the way over him, the bottom drawer stopped the complete fall. But he hurt his foot and got a real fright....and so did we.

He is now off with Stuart to the airport to pick up farfar Tim. He has been looking forward to this for a long time :-)

The birthday race begins......

First out of the April birthdays is Stuart. Edwin and I was up early, ready with a biscuit with a candle in it, presents and the camera. Unfortunately we found out the camera is broken so no pictures of the morning celebration. Instead I attach a beach photo of Stu :-)

This and that

Friday and I am feeling down, sore throat and headache. And of course when we have a child-free weekend as well :-(

The baby is kicking and moving around like a-what-not. Less than half time until delivery now.....

Edwin talks and talks, he is really a big boy now.

Short update

Sorry we (I) are a bit behind in updating the blogg......
I will add more photos in the new few days for now just a short update.
Edwin has been sick this week so he has been home from daycare, but he is due back tomorrow.
Spring is finally here, we have been outside most of the day and it has been gorgous weather.

Going for check up tomorrow, and Stu has to come along and give a blood sample. I hope he does not pass out like he normally does when needles are involved!!!

More snow.

We got more snow yesterday after a few days of "spring feeling" (this photo is from another time).

Old man in young(-ish) body.....

Woke up to terrible weather yesterday. Stuart told me it is called sleet, mixture of snow and rain. And from the side no less.......
It finally ended late afternoon and we decided to go for a walk to get some fresh air.
The little man was dressed in rain clothes and gumboots. He was ready to jump in all the puddles but we forgot we had an old man with us (Stuart!). With his "No Edwin, you'll get wet Edwin" he was really spoiling the fun. When did he get so old????
Try living on the edge and jump in a puddle or two.

The weekend went by too quickly as usual. Stuart went to town on Saturday and bought some new work cloths, his creditcard is still smokin'!
