On saturday we went to the ocean to enjoy the nice weather.
I had packed crab fishing gear = pegs, string (red satin, we like to do it in style) and a bucket.
This was a new experience to Stuart so he could not believe our "luck" when crab after crab kept biting our bait. Edwin was less impressed, but I think Stu could have emptied the sea of crabs if we would have let him.

Hot!
45 degrees on our deck today. Ok, directly in the sun and no wind. But still..........
IT IS HOT -> gives hot mama with short temper with family members. The little man walked to slowly in front of me and got told of. Stuart, well he was just being Stuart.....(and logged on to facebook)
And then I was asked if I was as fat when expecting Edwin.......this person is luck to be alive. I need 13 ice creams a day right now to get by - the weight loss has to be dealt with later.
36 days left, this baby better be on time.

Sleeping in basement
The little man declared today - I am sleeping on the matress in the basement.
We were like - yeah sure, you just do this (remembering yesterdays ordeal).
And guess who is sleeping nice and sound in the basement now????
Two more days of work before vacation :-) Fingers crossed the nice weather stays.

No diabetes :-)
Due to high blood suger levels I had to take a "pregnancy diabetes" test this week. It came back negative :-)
Weather is excellent and the little man has trouble getting to sleep in the evening. It is too light and warm. Tonight we tried getting him to sleep in the basement, but it was all fun and games to him sleeping in a different place so after 1,5 hours playing around, he had to go to his room. Little troublemaker!
Weekend plans - first dip of the year :-)

Elderberry and summer snaps.
Today a batch of Elderberry juicy was set. Now it needs a few days to rest before we tap it on bottles. We also made a summer snaps with elderberry and strawberries.

Showing my "pregnancy aids"; pelvic belt stabilizer (but wrapped around this skinny model twice) and hand "stabilizer" to stop numbing of the hands during night. Do you think I am longing til this is over????

I can't sleep!
It is 5:05 and I am up.
Woke up over an hour ago and could not go back to sleep. So got up, logged on and did some work.
Have a doctors appointment at 7:45 otherwise I would go into work, the network there is a lot faster.

My favorite names....
The Kinks obviously likes the name........
I met her in a club down in old soho
Where you drink champagne and it tastes just like cherry-cola
She walked up to me and she asked me to dance
I asked her her name and in a dark brown voice she said lolaL-o-l-a lola lo-lo-lo-lo lola
Well Im not the worlds most physical guy
But when she squeezed me tight she nearly broke my spine

Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl
With yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there
